No refunds on digital products We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a download link has been accessed or a file has been downloaded. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Exceptions If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your download, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at [your support email] and we will do our best to resolve the issue or provide a replacement file.

Free products Our free resources (such as the Functions on One Page reference sheet) are available at no cost and require no payment. No refund is applicable.
